Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Parliament does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Please review all product details, sizing, color, condition, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@parliamentbh.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from Parliament. By placing an order, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are reviewed and processed in the order received. Processing may include payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory confirmation, inspection, and packaging. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any processing or shipment estimate displayed on a product page, at checkout, or in an order communication is an estimate based on information reasonably available at that time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
We do not process or ship on weekends, carrier holidays, or days our fulfillment location is closed. High order volume, limited-release items, address verification, payment review, inventory discrepancies, severe weather, or other events may extend processing time.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES AND DELAYS
Unless a different shipment timeframe is clearly stated, we expect to ship a properly completed order within 30 days. After an order is transferred to the carrier, transit times are controlled by the carrier and may change without notice. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide any delay notice required by law and, where required, offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. Agreeing to a revised shipment date does not guarantee carrier delivery on that date. If a further delay occurs, we will provide any additional notice or remedy required by applicable law.
SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the order, destination, and available carrier services. We may select or substitute a comparable carrier service when reasonably necessary, provided the material shipping terms are not reduced without notice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after shipment except where required by law or where an order is cancelled before shipment and the charge has not been incurred.
ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address, including apartment, suite, unit, access code, and contact information. Review the address before submitting the order and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a package, or unavailable access, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling costs to the extent permitted by law. We do not ship to an alternate address supplied through an unsolicited message unless we can verify the request.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with the order. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may be delayed or inaccurate. A shipping confirmation means the package has been prepared or transferred for carrier handling; it does not guarantee a particular delivery date.
DELIVERED, LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Inspect the package promptly after delivery. Report an item that arrived damaged, materially defective, or different from what was ordered to info@parliamentbh.com as soon as reasonably possible, including the order number, description of the issue, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and any other information reasonably requested for investigation.
For a package that appears delayed or lost, check the tracking details, delivery location, household members, building staff, and carrier notices before contacting us. We may require reasonable cooperation with a carrier investigation, identity or address verification, a written statement, or other evidence. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy when required by applicable law or when we determine a covered shipping error occurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parliament is not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may require signature confirmation or other delivery safeguards for any order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International availability depends on destination, product restrictions, and carrier service. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges. Customs may open, inspect, hold, or delay a shipment. Parliament does not control customs processing and is not responsible for customs delays, subject to applicable law.
International customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported. A shipment refused because of unpaid duties, import restrictions, or customer refusal may be treated as a refused or undeliverable shipment, and recoverable costs may be deducted from any amount otherwise due where permitted by law.
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND FINAL SALE
Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has shipped. Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, all sales are final and we do not refund or exchange items for change of mind, fit, size selection, preference, or delivery estimates.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, fire, labor disruption, customs action, government action, epidemic, civil unrest, supplier interruption, utility failure, or network outage. We will still provide notices, cancellation rights, refunds, or other remedies that applicable law requires.
CONTACT
For shipping questions, contact info@parliamentbh.com and include your order number. Please do not send payment-card information by email.
Terms of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Parliament’s online store and your purchase of products from Parliament (“Parliament,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We sell apparel, footwear, accessories, and related goods. Product colors, measurements, textures, and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and device settings. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but minor variations are not defects. Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.
3. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price displayed when an order is submitted applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges are added where required and shown at checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for all amounts due. We may request additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled portion to the original payment method. Customers may request cancellation before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
5. FINAL SALE; LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in our Return and Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, price adjustments, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, preference, or items that show wear, alteration, washing, damage, missing tags, or misuse. This final-sale rule does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for an item that is materially defective, materially different from what was ordered, damaged before delivery, or not delivered. Any permitted claim must follow the notice and evidence requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing, shipment, and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, customs, high order volume, security checks, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. If we cannot ship within the time required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, delay-consent option, cancellation right, or refund required by law. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping terms.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Review all order details before submission. You are responsible for lawful use of products and for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions that apply to an international shipment unless checkout expressly states otherwise. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, subject to applicable law.
8. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit false information; or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The store and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, video, and software, are owned by or licensed to Parliament and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the store for personal shopping. No content may be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and social platforms. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent third-party services or websites.
11. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parliament and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the store or a purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Parliament and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, labor disruption, carrier or supplier interruption, customs action, government action, utility or network failure, or civil unrest. This section does not remove cancellation, refund, or other rights that applicable law requires.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant operating Parliament and the transaction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any venue or jurisdiction provision is subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. CHANGES; SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. The version in effect when your order is placed governs that order. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement concerning use of the store and purchases, subject to any additional terms shown at checkout.
17. CONTACT
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@parliamentbh.com.
